Technical requirements for submitting news:
News and announcements for posting are accepted only in Word format or by letter.
Title: 70 characters with spaces
Subtitle: 115 characters with spaces
News text: 300-800 characters with spaces
Photos (required): 1-2 horizontal photos (1024 x 500 pixel)
