The Diana Eye 55 autonomous quality control inspection machine will be presented. The equipment provides 100% quality control of each folding cardboard box and is designed to detect all types of printing defects. Diana Eye 55 controls print quality, ink matching, as well as defects in post-printing processes: foil stamping (hot and cold), lamination, UV varnishing, embossing, die-cutting, variable data application. The machine also inspects the back of the workpiece. A unique combination of LED lighting technology and high-resolution cameras allows for defect detection at speeds of up to 300 m/min.
This year, the Diana Easy Plus series folding and gluing machine, which is well-known to Russian printers, will be presented at the stand in the Diana Easy Plus 85 version with a built-in inspection module. This solution allows you to carry out quality control "in-line" - directly in the process of gluing boxes. The built-in inspection module, similar to the Diana Eye 55, controls all types of printing and finishing defects, including foil stamping, lamination, UV varnishing, embossing, die-cutting, variable data application and the back of the workpiece. Such integration allows you to minimize manual labor and excludes the passage of defective products to the end customer.
