RosUpack 2027: Growing Scale and Opportunities for Packaging Suppliers
RosUpack 2027: Growing Scale and Opportunities for Packaging Suppliers
RosUpack has expanded in scale and international participation in recent editions, bringing packaging manufacturers, machinery suppliers, materials producers, and industry buyers together in Moscow.
The 31st edition of RosUpack will run from 15 to 18 June 2027 at Crocus Expo IEC, Pavilions 2 and 3, Moscow. For companies considering exhibiting, the latest results provide useful context on the event's audience, product coverage, and international reach.
RosUpack's Exhibition Footprint Has Expanded
According to the official RosUpack 2026 results, 952 companies from 12 countries and 60 Russian regions presented products and technologies across the packaging production cycle. The exhibition welcomed 28,888 unique visitors, with 36,617 total visits recorded over four days.
Interest in the next edition has also started early. RosUpack reported in August 2026 that more than 400 companies had already confirmed their intention to exhibit in 2027.
International Companies Remain Part of the Exhibition
International participation remained significant at RosUpack in 2025, with more than 1,000 companies from 16 countries presenting their products and technologies at the exhibition.
For international manufacturers, exhibiting provides an opportunity to present products directly to Russian and other regional industry professionals. Meetings can be used to discuss specifications, applications, distribution arrangements, technical support, and other requirements with potential customers or partners.
Historical exhibitor feedback also provides some indication of the commercial activity around the event. RosUpack's current exhibitor information reports that 89% of exhibitors found new clients, while 84% met existing clients and partners.
Product Sectors Reflect a Broad Packaging Supply Chain
RosUpack currently covers eight product sectors: labelling, raw and expendable materials, packaging production machinery, pulp and paper, packaging machinery, ready packaging and disposable cutlery, packaging recycling machinery and equipment, and warehousing systems.
This range allows machinery manufacturers, materials suppliers, finished packaging producers, and technology companies to present products within the areas most relevant to their customers.
The exhibition is also held alongside Printech, adding printing and advertising production technologies to the wider product offering.
Meet Buyers Across Packaging-Using Industries
RosUpack's audience includes professionals from food and drink manufacturing, wholesale and retail, pharmaceuticals, industrial goods, printing and labelling, pulp and paper, and other sectors that buy or use packaging products and equipment.
For exhibitors, this creates opportunities to demonstrate machinery, present packaging samples, discuss technical requirements, and develop new industry contacts. Participation does not guarantee orders or partnerships, but it gives suppliers a setting to assess buyer requirements and identify contacts for further discussions.
