
Arkhangelsk Pulp and Paper Mill (APPM), one of the leading pulp and paper producers in Russia, General Partner of the RosUpack exhibition, celebrates its 85th anniversary in 2025. This important anniversary is not only a reason to look back, but also to imagine the future of the enterprise, which today continues its successful development, remaining a key player in the market.
APPM began its work in 1940 and since then has played an important role in the economy of the North-West of Russia. Having started with the production of cellulose for the needs of the national economy, the plant expanded the scale of production with each decade, introduced advanced technologies and actively developed its capacities.
Today, APPM is a Russian vertically integrated holding company that includes not only the plant itself, but also a number of subsidiaries that provide a full cycle of production of pulp and paper products that meet the strictest environmental standards and are in demand on the domestic and international markets.
